A tin roof was assembled to protect from weather.This bungalow was converted as a cut roof and attic truss loft conversion making 4 bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite.

This loft space was converted into two rooms and a bathroom using velux windows,  gable end windows and constructing a larger dormer to the front of the property.

This two bed bungalow was converted as an attic truss loft conversion, creating 2 room with en-suite and more living space down stairs.

Contract time for this roof off conversion took 9 weeks to complete.

This property already had a simple loft conversion. We stripped it out and added cropped dormer and created two large bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe.

The new oak staircase and balustrade created a spacious galleried landing.

This is a semi detached property, converted as a typical flat roof rear dormer conversion. The hip end has also been converted to a gable end to create more room, normally an ideal location for the stairs.
